The Commission for Ministers’ Accompaniment made some observations in the course of their services to ministers of URCSA. In order to examine these observations, the Unit for Innovation and Transformation was approached for telephone interviews. This report tables the findings and we will attempt to present a holistic view of the life of a minister in the URCSA. In this report we wish to hold up a mirror for the attendants of the Synod, so that they can see what ministers of the Uniting Reformed Church in Southern Africa of the Cape Synod look like. We publish our findings under the following headings: Finances, Work circumstances, Health, Self care, Equipment, Conflict and give some conclusions.
